Welcome to NNPL's Online Makerspace Cricut Design Space Orientation! We're excited to help you on your creative journey! Before you start this learning module, please be sure you've completed the Makerspace Overview Orientation. A little about Cricut Design Space: it's the software that communicates with the Cricut Maker and Cricut Explore. All Cricut projects must first be uploaded into Design Space before the machine can get to work. When you begin a Makerspace session, the Library will provide you a laptop with Cricut Design Space already uploaded, all you have to do is log in!

**ONLY LIBRARY DEVICES CAN BE CONNECTED TO THE MAKERSPACE EQUIPMENT**

Part One: Create your Cricut ID. You can get help downloading and installing Cricut Design Space here. 

Part Two: Watch these videos on NNPL's YouTube channel to get familiar with Cricut Design Space:

Part Three: When you've created your Cricut ID and are comfortable with the material covered in the videos, complete the Cricut Design Space Orientation Quiz with a perfect score before you move on to your next orientations, where you'll learn more about the makerspace equipment you'll be using.
