ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Effective on February 1, 2022, the hours of the Passport Center are expanding to Mondays through Thursdays, 2-7 PM and Fridays and Saturdays, 1-5 PM.

Please note: 

Passport services are available at the Main Street Library ONLY. 

 Applications are processed by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Applicants arriving fifteen (15) or more minutes late for their appointment will have their appointment cancelled and will be required to reschedule.

It is our responsibility as Passport Acceptance Agents to determine the identity of the person applying for a passport and to accept identification and citizenship documents. All determinations of adequacy of citizenship and identification evidence fall under the authority of the U.S. Department of State. Original citizenship documents must be submitted along with the application for agents of the State Department to review. The State Department may at any time request additional evidence to establish a claim of U.S. citizenship.
