On June 22nd NNPL is implementing a new print management system. However the accounts from the previous system will not carry over to the new one, so access to those funds will no longer be available. Any funds that you had with the library on these accounts will be processed through the City of Newport News Treasury Department and checks will be issued and mailed to the address we have on file.
If you do not receive a check by December 31st, 2020, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, library card number, email address, phone number, and current mailing address so we can investigate further.
